The RetechFOR project is advancing the modernization of the hunting sector with the development of a telematic catch control system that allows real-time recording and management of hunting activity in the hunting grounds of Castile and León. This technological solution, created within the AG RetechFOR and developed by Cesefor, replaces the traditional system of physical seals with a completely digital model that is more agile, secure, and transparent.
The tool responds to a need identified by the Regional Government of Castile and León, and consists of a mobile application and a web platform that facilitate the immediate registration of catches by hunters, as well as their monitoring and validation by hunting ground managers and public authorities. This significantly improves the availability of reliable and consistent data, which is essential for efficient hunting management based on real information.
One of the main challenges facing the hunting sector is the lack of up-to-date and accurate information on catches, which makes it difficult to control quotas and make decisions. The telematic system developed at RetechFOR responds to this need, allowing for more rigorous control of catches and reinforcing the traceability and transparency of the entire process.
Among the most innovative features of CapturCyL, which is the name of the application, is the elimination of physical seals, replaced by a digital system that records information in real time and automatically shares it among all the agents involved.
